Joanne is an amazing makeup artist and I am so glad I found her for my wedding! On my wedding day, she did makeup for me, my mom, and five bridesmaids. I do not wear a ton of makeup normally, so I was nervous. Joanne was spot on, I felt beautiful and elegant without feeling over the top. The bridesmaids and my mom also looked stunning. We got so many compliments! I had a trial with her before the wedding and choose colors that were natural and brought out my best features. I decided to use false lashes and they really made my eyes pop and look gorgeous. The day of, she came prepared and stuck to her schedule, which was really important to me. It was one less thing for me to worry about. We got married in July on an extremely hot and humid day in a church with no air conditioning! "For my wedding, I did not want a lot of heavy makeup. When I went on a makeup trial with Joanne, everything she chose was perfect. I loved the color options available to me, and she provided me with her professional opinion when I wasn't certain of something. On the day of my wedding, she did makeup for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law at one of their houses, then met me, my mother and bridal party at the venue.  Joanne is a wonderful makeup artist. She did all of the makeup for my wedding. She arrived early to set up and waited patiently for us to be ready. She listened to what we wanted and has us check the makeup each step of the way. Our makeup was impeccable and beautifully done. The makeup felt invisible and lasted all day, through every picture and every song we danced through that night.  "Joanne did a wonderful job on makeup for my daughter's wedding. She is particularly good with children (we had four between the ages of 8 and 13). They were not overdone and the makeup helped them feel special for their roles in the wedding. I, as the mother of the bride, do not normally wear makeup but Joanne was able to subtly make a very big difference. Her choice of lipstick for me is now my favorite shade. Of course, the bride enjoyed the pampering. Joanne was very conscientious. She showed up and finished on time, even though we added three more faces than we had originally said would be there.  Joanne really helped me with makeup at a family wedding. I just took my dress at the trial and she weaved those colors in makeup that they were subtle and it stayed till the end of the function. I was really concerned about it, since it was long ceremony. My makeup stayed on even when I teared up and all was fine. on top of that I wanted a natural look that Joanne did it so perfectly. My pics came out wonderful. she is so easy going and takes time to listen your opinions and what you want rather than doing the stereo type thing.  I hired Joanne to do the makeup for my wedding in May. We did a practice session a couple weeks before which worked out great. We picked out most of the colors and shades to use. It made the morning of the wedding run much smoother. She did a great job on myself (the bride) and the matron of honor. The makeup lasted throughout the day and night. All the products are really comfortable and long-lasting; especially the powder was great since I didn’t look shiny in the pictures and the powder itself wasn’t visible so that’s really good. Typically when I do my own makeup I have a shiny forehead, but with your powder I didn’t.  I met Joanne three years ago when my daughter was preparing for a wedding. She did a make-up trial for both of us and made us look beautiful. This July, my sister was married and Joanne did the make-up on my sister, her daughters, my daughter and myself. Our ages ranged from 30 to 70 years old, and we all have different coloring. Joanne created individualized make-up for each of us. Everyone's make-up was different but equally glamorous. Joanne has a wonderful eye for color. I use her techniques for applying my own make-up and believe the results are much better using her techniques. I also use Joanne's make-up line. there is no better foundation anywhere! As an 80+ year old, applying makeup has become a chore. My dexterity in wielding cosmetic brushes leaves much to be desired as the numbness in my fingers as well as the muscle deterioration as a result of carpal tunnel issues make it not only difficult to apply makeup. I had Joanne apply my makeup for my great-nephew’s recent wedding. I have to say Joanne’s cosmetic line and her talent worked miracles on me.  The most frequent comment from friends and relatives who saw me at the wedding and hadn’t seen me for several years said: “You’re 81 now?! Unbelievable! You haven’t aged in 20 years.” Now that’s “music” to any aging woman’s ears! Besides doing a great job on my makeup and teaching me how to do it myself at home she also gave me advice in how to pose for the before and after makeup photographs she took of me.  I had done my make-up  from Joanne and she did a GREAT job!! While doing the make-up, she provided step by step instructions so that I can do it myself. I don't wear make-up on a daily basis but I was amazed to see the turnout and would definately recommend Joanne and her make-up line. The foundation that she used provided very good coverage without feeling heavy or un-natural. It's oil-free and gave my skin a flawless finish. The colors she used on my eyes really brought them out.  I had a makeover with Joanne and she also took some before and after makeup photos of me. First I want to say that I had a great time.  Joanne is a very talented makeup artist.  I do not feel comfortable using a lot of makeup, but she was able to achieve a very beautiful, subtle look  for me but yet it really brought our my features.  After the makeup she took some before and after makeup pictures for me which looked fantastic. When I posted a photo on my Facebook account, I immediately received many comments about how beautiful I looked in my new photo.  She also has a really nice makeup line and I have been very happy with her products.  I saw some before and after makeup photos that Joanne had taken of many women along with doing the makeup for the photos. Absolutely amazing work!!  I couldn't wait to get my makeup done by her and have some photos taken! First Joanne cut and styled my hair (she does hair too). I loved the way it looked!  Then she professionally applied my makeup. I couldn't believe how much better it made me look and feel! She is truly an artist!! Her expertise really made a difference!
